Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect only what your plan needs, we keep the raw material only as long as the work requires, we never sell or share your information, and you can have it deleted by asking.

What we collect

• On this website: nothing. No analytics, no tracking cookies, no third-party scripts watching you read.
• When you start a plan: your address, your household's composition, and the needs you choose to tell us about, because the plan is built from them.
• If you email us: your message and address, so we can reply.

How we use it

Your information is used to build your plan, check it against official hazard data, and have a person review it before it reaches you. It is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used for anything except your plan and our ability to correct it.

The most sensitive details you give us, like who is authorized to pick up your children, are kept separate from the automated parts of our system and are only merged into the final printed document.

What we keep, and for how long

• The raw intake data used to build your plan is deleted within 30 days of delivering it.
• Your name, contact information, and a copy of the plan we delivered are kept for as long as the plan is in service, so we can reach you if we ever need to correct something in it.
• You can ask us to delete everything at any time; we complete deletion within 7 days. If you do, we will no longer be able to notify you of corrections to your plan.

Your information never enters our source code or any public system.
