Yes. Cal OES MyHazards will give you your risk profile, CAL FIRE's firePLANNER will build you a checklist, and Ready.gov has a fillable template. All free, all good, and between them you could rebuild most of this yourself. And for live alerts during an actual event, use Watch Duty or Genasys Protect. They do real-time better than any printed document can. This is the plan you make before you're in a real emergency evacuation situation. It's not an alerting service, and we'd rather tell you that than sell you something you already have for free.
